A man by the name of Myron Ebell a senior adviser to Bush on Climate Change, was propounding his thoughts that the EU was using Climate Change theory as a way to restrict more competitive US businesses. Along with this he also felt that since most non-US scientists are government funded and that their views on are influenced by their country's agendas. more inside
