Have a look around the architecture and mosaics of the 6th century monuments of Ravenna. I highly recommend the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the Neonian Baptistry, and the Basilica of San Vitale. Don't forget to look at the floors and ceilings! At the other end of the Middle Ages are the Gothic cathedral of Amiens (with "movies"-- click the yellow dots on the cathedral plan to move around) and York Minster. Alas, neither of these latter two allows you to focus on the ceiling and twirl around. (Quicktime required)

Religion Facts - This seems to me to be a pretty good resource for what it is. It alleges it is neutral. There's some pretty good articles to my way of thinking, although it will not satisfy everyone's factual wishes with regards religion. That's a given.
Camilla Queen - a flash ode to Camilla, Prince Charles' partner, set to the tune Killer Queen by Queen, but with new lyrics. I thought it was merely amusing until the rats in Brian May wigs came on playing kazoos for the solo break. Then I fell out of the chair laughing. Some naughty words - no nudity but sexual references. Requires FLASH more inside

Fetal tissue heals burns. An experimental therapy that uses skin cells grown from an aborted fetus successfully healed severe burns in eight children, sparing them the need for skin grafts. Did you hear that noise? That was the sound of Bill Frist's head exploding.
Group Wants to Transplant African Animals to the Great Plains Of course, parallels were drawn between this and how Australia has suffered because of relocation of animals, but the foreign, distructive, animals in Australia were taken there for entirely different reasons. more inside

The Baldwin Project "seeks to make available online a comprehensive collection of resources for parents and teachers of children. Our focus, initially, is on literature for children that is in the public domain in the United States. This includes all works first published before 1923."
Piersh Broshnan makesh it offishial. In the leasht shurprishing newsh shurrounding the Jamesh Bond dynashty, Piersh hash been outshted. Olympic Lobbying If a proposed bill goes through, it 'will make it illegal to combine words like "games", "medals", "gold", "2012", "sponsor" or "summer" in any form of advertising.' No more "Summer Hits". No more "Gold Cards". No more bongs for heroic deeds. And the calendar will jump a year. More proof that the (say it with me) OLYMPICS has nothing to do with sport.
