This is just a little amusing tidbit of randomness in the world.
  • Hurray for them! I don't often see "enough is enough" in the modern world.
  • Damn, and I was thirsty, too.
  • I drank all their beer.
  • Actually, I have indeed sampled this particular beer some years back, but I don't actually rate it the best, which I still consider to be Pilsner Urquell. However, it is a subjective thing.
  • It may be subjective, but you're still wrong. The best beer in the world is Live Oak Pilsner. True, it ain't from the Czech lands, but it ain't filtered either, and THAT makes all the difference.
  • Fosters is best
  • / contempt
  • Fosters is a practical joke we play on the rest of the world. It is in fact barely fermented Roo piss. Then again, Queenslanders may actually enjoy drinking it. Or bathing in it. Live Oak, you say? A pilsner is a good sign.. but it's from Texas. Hmm. Never tried it. Always willing. It sounds a bit like Redback from the descriptions, which is also similarly brewed.
  • Just a lovely little microbrew. Central texas was home to a fair number of Czech emigres back in the day, so it has a pedigree of sorts. Not that I haven't drunk myself happily silly on Urquell, from time to time.
  • Don't Queenslanders drink XXXX? It's crap, stay away from it.
  • Fosters is the Schlitz of Australia. The stuff I was impressed with (and wish I could get in the States) is Hahn Premium!
