Richard Brautigan True Stories
  • Excellent. Cheers
  • The first link I opened upon my arrival to work today - and will now have difficulty getting onwards with anything else! Thanks for posting Chy...
  • ))) This is awesome, thank you! I still remember when he died; I was so sad. Since I was 12 I had planned to marry him eventually, age difference & alcoholism be damned.
  • Certainly does give you a rather good picture of the guy. He seems rather too familiar to me. Depressives should stay well away from guns and alcohol.
  • I'll second your comment above. And strange enough, he seems a bit familiar to me as well. Going through the "Ten Letters" was akin to reading emails from one of my dearest friends. Already in possession of vast quantities of alcohol, I dread the day he gets hold of a gun... Dear Loser, (formerly known as Greggie)... Losers tend to have loser friends. Was interesting to note how he dropped all formalities at this point, what, a few months before he called it quits.
  • Sad and wonderful, thanks Chyren.
  • This is a good post, giving pathetic insight.
  • Props, Chyren. It was like watermelon sugar.
  • Ah, yes.
