Yet Another TinyURL clone Enter a long URL to make short
  • Or enter a short URL to make long.
  • Nice to know they never expire, unlike TinyURL
  • Yeah, like my circa 1980's American Airlines frequent flyer miles never expire, or for that matter, your [insert your circling-the-drain American (the country, not necessarily the company) airline here] miles now before they exercise their Chapter [ghodknowswhat-IANAL] ability to render them useless. /rant
  • Ditto what OneOliveShort said ... or potentially worse if they turn to the dark side and use the short URL's that people use to redirect to something of their own liking ...
  • I'd like one that would show the top level domain name in the url, like http://mediumurl.com/somewhere.com/a8df5sd Because, you know, behind every tinyurl/doiop there might be a goatse.
  • All I want is a Greasemonkey script or something that takes these short urls and expands them out again. Surfing the web shouldn't be a game of russian roulette.
