A monowheel is one big wheel with rider and engine (if any) INSIDE its circumference. Seen at the museum of retrotech.

  • Heh, the It. Hilarious when Mr. Garrison reveals that there are controls elsewhere on the machine. One of the funniest moments in South Park history IMHO.
