The Font Diner. A Smorgasbord of Mouth-Watering Styles!
  • mirage zanzibar is the tastyest (in the casino buffet set).
  • cellar: agreed
  • They are good. $28 dollars seems quite steep though - thats almost (quickly checks) bloody 16 quid. A pound a font? Fuck off.
  • I'm fond of "Kitcheonette" and "Stiletto" myself...
  • I love fonts. I also love Larabie Fonts. Lots of awesome fonts, all for free.
  • "Spaghetti Western" is fantastic. "Hamburger Menu" made me feel hungry. I love fonts. Free ones are better, of course. Best font ever? The one used on the London Underground, of course... (It's the little diamonds above the lowercase i and j)
  • I heart fontdiner. When I needed an excellent retro font, Fontdiner Sparkly saved the day. I seem to remember they used to have one called "tabitha" which looked like the font from "Bewitched"....
  • WOW. Just wow.
  • I miss fonts for freaks :( but... [this is good]
  • Also check out Fontalicous. Yum!
  • I made a font, once, based on the handwriting of Efrim Menuck of Godspeed You! Black Emperor (oh, god, I'm so predictable and blinkered). It was much easier than you'd imagine, and the result was surprisingly good. You should try it yourself.
  • But we needs a link there, bbf, a link! Ah, I recall on a director's commentary, the director confessed as the end credits rolled that he was a bit of a font snob and I thought, "Well, why not?" Fonts are wonderful nibbles of delight.
  • My name is The Underpants Monster, and... I'm a fontaholic.
  • MonkeyFilter: wonderful nibbles of delight
