College bound monkeys looking for some extra cash?
Write an essay for the American Fire Sprinkler Association. From the site: Write about a successful fire sprinkler activation in your town, area, or state. Students are recommended to talk to their local fire department for information, and to include some of the following details in their essay: cause of fire, number of fire sprinklers that activated, actions of fire fighters when they arrived at the scene. Also discuss how local media (TV, newspapers, etc.) reported the fire. (i.e., Was the media coverage positive or did it focus only on water damage from the sprinklers?)

Heh...I got $2000 that I did not have to pay back to study anything I wanted in Mexico from the Federal Government of Canada, as long as I wrote an essay about how great Free Trade was. Wrote the essay, took the money, went to Mexico to study Spanish. Me gusta mucho el Presidente Chretien y el dinero gratis. En realidad, me odio Free Trade, pero estaba pensando que visitar el pais es un idea mejor para entendar el situacion. I'm rusty - it's been 6 years...
