Evidently 3D TV requires many warnings.
  • "Viewing in 3D mode Monkeyfilter may also cause motion sickness, perceptual after effects, disorientation, eye strain, and decreased postural stability." "We do not recommend watching 3D posting on Monkeyfilter if you are in bad physical condition, need sleep or have been drinking alcohol".
  • DO NOT place your television MonkeyFilter viewer near open stairwells, cables, balconies or other objects that may cause you to injure yourself. Aaaaarrrgggh! *thump*
  • I saw Avatar. It was my first time with the glasses. I was super-impressed by the previews to other 3D movies. By the time the movie started, I wasn't particularly impressed at all. It seems rather gimmicky, like heated seats or condoms.
  • Well, I think heated condoms would be very useful, unless you have to plug them in somewhere (else).
  • Heated, 3D, glow-in-the-dark, French Tickler condoms might be a little over the top though.
  • I read the post title as "The Dangerous World of 30" and was already nodding before I read the post.
  • MonkeyFilter: rather gimmicky, like heated seats or condoms
