Kutiman mixes YouTube.
YouTube videos of various musicians playing alone have been sampled and assembled into seven multi-part tracks.
The results are much more professional sounding than I would have expected. To fully appreciate the genius of this click the "Credits" button and then click on any of the parts. That plays the original, individual YouTube videos, which never seem to sound as good as the sum of them. Wired blog article.

inbflat.net is a page with 20 YouTube videos. You choose which to play simultaneously, mix the volumes and pause/restart them. Not as sweet as Kutiman, but more interactive.
