  • Sad how border crossing and privacy issues with established governments can be bigger hassles than the dangers of the trip itself. And I've seen a few of those 'Amazing Race' episodes; it's a morbid pleasure, recalling lost flights and landing somewhere with no clue and comparing it to the travails of those people. I know someone that travelled quite a lot during her 20s and hates that show: 'Last thing I want to see is people pleading for tickets at a counter!'
