Damn, now I'll never read get to read WoT. I was waiting for him to finish it - I decided no more epic fantasy until the last volume was published. But actually, after having been sucked into Robin Hobb's brilliant interlinked set of triologies (Farseer, Liveships and The Tawney Man), and spending way too much time obsessing about people who don't exist instead of living my own life, I don't think I want to get into a series with more volumes than I've got bookshelves, even if there was an end.
