The reason for growing the mutant human and bunny egg into Frankenbunnies is to avoid religious objections to experimentation on human embryos by giving human eggs a dose of the old Peter Cottontail. Oh yeah, that'll shut 'em up. NOBODY can possibly have religious or philosophical issues with mixing human and animal dna.

Paris Hilton is the result of combining human eggs with frozen waffles. Couldn't have said it better myself. Really, I couldn't. I tried, but no avail.
