"The Special Needs" or "The Needs"
as they were later called, are the best "up and coming" Rock n' Roll band that you will never have the opportunity see live.
"Funfairs and Heartbreak" will be released tomorrow, however the band has been broken up for nearly a year. Here's a good fansite. Thank god we have YouTube!
