Uncle Krinkley's Incorrectly Sifted Music - Findings from the poopiest music this planet has to offer, as presented by the Incorrect Music radio program, broadcast on WFMU, NJ. I recommend the Mormon Kids, Carl Lewis singing the Star Spangled Banner, and any Leonard Nimoy track.
  • Don't you diss Leonard Nimoy, now. Leonard is god.
  • Surely you can't be serious! [banana]
  • dng is right; first you mess with Leonard, next thing you know dennis koenig is being pistol-whipped whilst George Takai's head is dunked into a toilet. You saw what they did to Bill, right? Go pick on the cast of "Lost in Space", you villainous bullies!
  • Come on now, Leonard Nimoy and Wesley Willis are pure genuis. But there was a lot of interesting tracks on this site. (/me samples the hell out of these tracks) Good find! ( Rock on London, rock on Chicago, Blockbuster Video, Wow! What a difference.
  • (By the way--excellent site, f8x!)
  • "I want to be a mother", by some Mormon kids is the single greatest thing I have ever heard. And I am joking. I wish I couldn't have downloaded it, really.
  • That mormon kids link almost stopped me from looking any further. Holy crap. But I'm glad I kept going. Anyone who's sat through school plays and junior high choir performances will appreciate the skill & courage it took for young children to cover Paul McCartney & Wings "Band on the Run."
  • I love the Langley School and I love this link. It's going straight into the blog. {banana for yo' mama)
  • Leonard Nimoy does rock, I'll grant you. But he rocks in a way that makes him fit right in on this site... Thanks Dizzy!
  • Anyone who's sat through school plays and junior high choir performances will appreciate the skill & courage it took for young children to cover Paul McCartney & Wings "Band on the Run." ...but to hear Wing cover Wings, I think, would be pure glory. I also can't listen to a song called "Qua qua qua" without thinking "GODOT! The Musical" (and yes, I totally suck ass). Thanks, f8x. I live for this sort of thing. There goes my evening.
  • Oh, and April Winchell's archives come highly recommended, as well. This is where I first heard "El Touchy." The introduction to "A Cowboy for Jesus" was my answering machine message for months. "Now you've turned your record over, and you're all ready for some more sing-time singalong songs".
